No. Choose Stripe checkout for online confirmation or review booking requests yourself before confirming them.
What can I bring over from another system?+−
Import sites, rates, guests, and reservations from CSV files. CampGrid can also import outside availability from iCal feeds and publish calendar feeds for other systems.
What can the CampGrid AI agent do?+−
It can investigate live reservations, arrivals, balances, guest requests, availability, and saved operating knowledge. It can also prepare supported campground actions—such as blackouts, reservation updates, guest messages, payments, check-ins, and calendar work—for the owner to review and approve. It runs when you ask, and operational changes are never applied without approval.
Do guests need a CampGrid account?+−
No. Guests can book and securely manage their stay without creating an account.
